How it works
No group, no fixed dates, no fixed programme. This is how a trip with me works, from the first conversation until you are back home.
On a classic tour you board a coach with people you do not know, on dates someone else picked. With me you travel privately: only with your partner, your family or your friends. You leave when you want and you set the pace. My route is a starting point I have worked out down to the last detail, but you shape it: leave out what does not appeal to you and add what you do want to do.
You have one point of contact, and that is me. We start with a conversation at your home or by video, and before and during your trip you reach me directly on WhatsApp or on my personal number. You choose your level, Budget, Comfort or Premium, and see the price per level. After launch I arrange everything: your flight, the airport pickup, the hotels, the transport and the activities. All you have to do is travel.
Your trip, your freedom
With me you do not travel in a group or to a fixed programme. You decide.
No group, your pace
You travel only with the people you choose: your partner, your family, your friends. No group setting the pace and no fixed guide tagging along. Your day starts and ends when you want.
A route you shape yourself
My route is a starting point, not a fixed package. Leave out what does not appeal to you and add what you want to do, even if it is not in the route. You say it, I arrange it.
Your dates, completely free
There are no fixed departure dates. You choose when you leave and when you come back. I give you the best months as advice, not as a rule.
Eat wherever you like
I give you my restaurant recommendations, but you choose completely freely where you eat. I never send you somewhere because it earns me something.
Put together personally
I work out every route down to the last detail, day by day: the drives, the hotels and the detours that are worth it. You don't get an itinerary drawn up on paper, but a route I put together personally.
Only selling once you are protected
As a Belgian tour operator, Steennot Travels must be insured against insolvency. That insurance is not in force yet, so I do not take bookings or payments yet. Sales only start once it is.

Choose a route
For each destination I have worked out a route down to the last detail. Browse them and pick what appeals to you.
Make it entirely yours
Leave out what does not appeal to you, add what you want to do and pick your own dates. Choose your level (Budget, Comfort or Premium) and self-drive or a private driver too. In an intake, at your home or by video, we go through everything.
I arrange everything
Your flight, the airport pickup, hotels, transport and activities. After launch you get a no-obligation proposal with the price of that moment.
You travel in freedom
You leave whenever you like and travel at your own pace. On the ground everything is ready: your driver or your rental car, your rooms, your activities. Where you eat is up to you.
I stay reachable
Before and during the trip you have a WhatsApp line with me and my personal 24/7 number. After the trip I call you to hear how it went.
What I will arrange for you after launch
- Airport pickup on arrival, and the transfer back on your last day.
- All hotels and guesthouses, booked in advance at the level you choose: Budget, Comfort or Premium.
- Transport on the ground: a rental car waiting for you (self-drive) or a private driver and private transfers. Domestic flights and trains where that makes sense.
- The activities and entrance fees on the route. Prefer a guide? I can add a local guide to any activity.
- Breakfast, and the meals at remote places with no alternative (such as a safari lodge, desert camp or yurt camp). For the other meals I give you my restaurant recommendations, but you choose completely freely where you eat.
- A personal intake, at your home or by video.
- A WhatsApp line with me, before and during your trip, and my personal 24/7 number.
- A call-back after your trip.
- Your international flight: after launch I will also book your flight for you. Prices on the site exclude the flight.

Before we book anything, I visit you at home or we talk by video. We go through the route, your wishes and your budget.

Before and during the trip you put your questions straight to me. No ticket system, no queue.

Call-back after the trip
Once you are home I call you: how was it, what could be better? Your experience improves the next trip.
Travel that respects places and people
- Locally owned guesthouses and hotels instead of large chains, where possible.
- Local guides, drivers and partners who are paid a fair price.
- No activities with captive animals for entertainment.
- Transparent about the CO₂ emissions of your flight.
- Once our contracts are finalised, we will publish per trip how much of your trip price stays in the destination.
